Our story
More Than a Name
W&S stands for Wilson & Sons—a name that represents the heart behind our business. When Ethan started W&S Property Services in 2022, he wanted to build more than just a business. He wanted to create something lasting—something built around our family name that could grow with our family and, one day, hopefully be passed down to our three sons.
What started as Ethan’s vision has become something our whole family is proud to be a part of. Every project, every customer, and every year in business is another step toward building something our boys can be proud of—and maybe one day call their own.

Ethan founded W&S Property Services in 2022 and is the hands-on force behind the business. From meeting with customers and planning projects to operating equipment and completing the work in the field, Ethan is involved every step of the way. He takes pride in doing the job right, paying attention to the details, and treating every property with the care and respect it deserves.
Marketing & Social Media
Tori works behind the scenes of W&S Property Services, managing the company's social media and marketing. From sharing projects and keeping customers connected with W&S to helping grow our presence in the community, she helps make sure the hard work happening in the field gets seen.
